Leg press 4x15 w/ 100lb plates on both sides
GM 3x12 95,115,115
KB Swings 3x15 30lb

Squats felt good and quick today. Oly Highbar is definitely a weakness for me though. Other than that, I kept moving quickly and didnt really catch my breath the entire hr. Feeling good though
