Deadlifts today were easy, however, they did blow up my lower back. I'm not sure if this was because I was out of position or what. The snatch grip set was easier than the last time I did these. The SSB sets felt really good and I actually didnt really push them as hard as I could have, which is a good sign considering these are weights I was doing 3x8. This was also the first time I ever got to use a real reverse hyper
